Competition Terms and Conditions

“The Elvis Evolution Memphis Giveaway” (hereafter referred to as “The Giveaway”) is a promotional activity run by Layered Reality™. The outlined activity is open to all people aged 18 and over who comment on the specified post.

  • Entrants into the “The Giveaway” shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • To enter “The Giveaway” you must share a video or picture on your social platform tagging @ElvisEvolution and #ElvisEvolution. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with "The Giveaway", please email us at support@layeredreality.com with "Elvis Evolution Memphis Giveaway" in the subject line.
  • Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  • Layered Reality™ accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
  • The closing date of the “The Giveaway” is 11.59pm on Sunday 30th November 2025. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
  • The winner will receive a trip for 2 to Memphis, Tennessee, USA for a period of 5 days, 4 nights. The prize includes return economy flights to Memphis International Airport, 4 star hotel accommodation with breakfast included in Memphis and £500 spending money. Layered Reality™ retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
  • The winner will be selected via random computer process.
  • The winner will be notified directly by email on Monday 8 December 2025. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours they forfeit the prize and we will choose another winner. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  • Layered Reality™ retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
  • The winner will have 12 months to redeem the prize. The prize cannot be taken on the following dates 24/25th/31st December and 1st January, once dates are chosen by the winner they cannot be changed.  Layered Reality will have 30 days to organise the winners prize from the date they are informed of the chosen dates
  • This prize promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of The Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.
  • The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to “The Giveaway” and the winner shall participate in such activity on Layered Reality™ reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by Layered Reality™ and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of “The Giveaway”for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes in any medium and across advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering “The Giveaway”, all entrants consent to the same.
  • Layered Reality™ shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy on our website. You agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your entry.
  • Layered Reality™ accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering “The Giveaway” or accepting the prize.
  • Layered Reality™ reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, “The Giveaway” with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Layered Reality™ in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Layered Reality™ shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
  • The winner selection will be governed by English law and entrants to the “The Giveaway” submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
